this was Cooking Club's favorite recipe for November
TURKEY TETRAZZINI
3/4 box spaghetti noodles or Mostaccioli
5 c. chicken broth
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
6 T. butter
4 c. cooked turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
parmesan cheese
Cook noodles in chicken broth, according to package. Sauté onion and celery in
butter, until tender, and add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
